Who may avail of the service:

All tricycle owners/operators operating within the jurisdiction of Luna, Apayao

Requirements:

Community Tax Certificate
Xerox copy of certificate of registration or a promissory note (if the unit is installment basis)
Xerox copy of Deed of Absolute Sale if the unit/tricycle has been bought to a franchise holder & been transferred into his/her name
Xerox copy of Professional Driver’s License

Fees/Charge:

Php 1,430.00

Monday to Friday 8:00am to 12:00 noon & 1:00pm to 5:00pm
