Water Purifying Facility Established at Brgy. Calayucay
Central Apayao Church of Christ Minister Jhonnyfer U. Rufo visited the Mayor’s Office last March 5, 2026, assisted by MSWDO Ma. Concepcion G. Ravelo, to coordinate the construction of a water purifying facility at Calayucay, Luna, Apayao. The facility, sponsored by New Life International and Charles W. Selby Memorial Hospital, was to be installed the next day (March 6, 2026).
On behalf of the people of Luna, Apayao, Mayor Januario S. Garde expressed his gratitude for their generosity and assigned Sanitary Inspector Mariel Duerme to oversee the said activity.
