Luna, Apayao – Today, October 6, 2025 Mayor Januario S. Garde attends the 2025 Joint PPOC, PADAC, PDRRMC, and PSWMB 3rd Quarter Meeting at the ECBJR Multipurpose Building (Aliwa gymnasium). Agenda on said meeting include the Updates on Peace and Order and Insurgency Situation in the Province and significant accomplishments; updates on Anti-Illegal Drugs Situation and Significant Program Accomplishments in the Province; Updates and Discussion on OSAEC, VAWC, Gender-Based Violence Situation in the Province, and presentation of proposed interventions and Accomplishments; Updates on ECLIP implementation in the province; Updates on POPS Plan implementation and Accomplishments; Updates on Public Safety Concerns and Significant accomplishments; Status of 2025 PPAs Implementation; proposed PDRRMC Resolution; Organization of PSWMB; and other matters. Mayor Garde also received the 2024 CBMS data from the PSA-Apayao. Vice Governor Kyle Mariah Chelsea Bulut-Cunan presided over the meeting.
