MADAC capacitates BADAC on drug-related operations
The Municipal Government of Luna conducted Capacity Building for Barangay Anti-Drug Abuse Councils (BADAC) on Witness and Inventory Protocols During Drug-Related Operations at the Municipal Conference Hall.
Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency-Apayao Investigation Agent V Melanie T. Gorospe and Intelligence Officer II Oslo G. Selisana served as resource speakers in the said activity, facilitated by Municipal Anti-Drug Abuse Council (MADAC) Focal person Ms. Jackie Lou D. Garcia.
It was discussed during the activity the roles of Barangay officials during buy-bust and search warrant operations, adhering to inventory protocols during operations, and as a witness during court proceedings. This activity is crucial in preventing occurrence cases related to drug abuse and strengthening the council in maintaining a drug-free community.
