Our Vision

LUNA: Apayao’s nerve center for governance and education,

food basket and commercial hub in the Far North, with productive,

value-oriented citizenry in a progressive, diversified and sustainable economy,

living in an ecologically-balanced environment managed by

competent and righteous leaders.

The Municipality of Luna shall pursue coordinated and sustained efforts

towards the improved quality of life of its constituents through a corps of

honest and dedicated public servants and a leadership with Maka-Diyos,

Maka-Bayan and Maka-Kalikasan principle.
